Who We Are

A family business, not a franchise.

All Service Cleaning & Restoration started in 2021 because the Jimenez family wanted to do things differently — upfront pricing, no pressure, and a job that's done right the first time. Every visit is still run by people who live here, not a call center three states away.

We show up on time, walk you through the plan before we start, and stand behind the work. If something's not right, we come back and fix it — and if you're still not happy, we refund you. That's the whole guarantee.

How these flooring systems actually work

A quick look at what's under the surface — so you know exactly what you're getting.

Solid hardwood is a single piece of wood, nailed to a wood subfloor and able to be sanded and refinished many times over its life. Engineered hardwood bonds a real wood wear layer (typically 2–6mm) over stacked plywood, which resists humidity swings and can go over concrete or radiant heat.

We follow National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) guidelines on every install — testing subfloor moisture, letting the wood acclimate to your home before installation, and leaving the expansion gap wood flooring needs to move with the seasons without buckling.

Laminate is a photographic wood or stone layer fused under a clear wear layer over a dense fiberboard core. Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) uses a waterproof core instead — SPC (stone plastic composite) is fully rigid and the most dent- and water-resistant option on the market today, while WPC (wood plastic composite) is a step softer underfoot.

Nearly all of these are floating floors, snapping together edge-to-edge over an underlayment rather than being glued down. We check wear-layer thickness before we recommend a product — 12–20 mil is the range we look for in a busy household — and install to NALFA specifications for expansion gaps and subfloor prep.

Carpet is tufted fiber attached to a backing, laid over a cushioned pad. It's not just glued flat — a tackless strip goes around the room's perimeter, and the carpet is stretched taut with a power stretcher and hooked onto the strip's pins.

We install to the Carpet and Rug Institute's CRI 105 standard, which is what separates a floor that stays smooth for years from one that ripples within months. We'll also walk you through fiber options (nylon for durability, polyester for stain resistance) and pad density, since both affect how the carpet performs, not just how it feels underfoot on day one.

Tile is set into a layer of thin-set mortar troweled over a properly prepped, flat subfloor, spaced evenly, then grouted once the mortar cures to lock everything in place and keep moisture out.

We follow Tile Council of North America (TCNA) guidelines for mortar coverage — full coverage in wet areas like showers, not just dabs at the corners — and use the right grout for the job, including epoxy grout in high-moisture or stain-prone spaces.
